Speaking of bacon, American bacon is much different to british.. it fattier and crispier. I'm assuming Canadian bacon is even better!

Squat feels heavy, but I'm nearing week 5 where all lifts are supposed to be PRs. Although this is not the case in terms of my history for the purposes of this stage in my life and training, they're good enough for me.
