RPE so far: 7-8 on the Squat 6-7 on the Bench 7-8 on the Deads. Squat feels heavy, but I'm nearing week 5 where all lifts are supposed to be PRs. Although this is not the case in terms of my history for the purposes of this stage in my life and training, they're good enough for me.
