    Split my Day 2 workout into 2 (Tuesday/Wednesday). I'll be a little tired to DL today but a friend wanted to DL with me, so we'll see how that goes. I'll have the whole week staring Friday to rest, since I'm away.

    Speaking of bacon, American bacon is much different to british.. it fattier and crispier. I'm assuming Canadian bacon is even better!

    RPE so far:
    7-8 on the Squat
    6-7 on the Bench
    7-8 on the Deads.

    Squat feels heavy, but I'm nearing week 5 where all lifts are supposed to be PRs. Although this is not the case in terms of my history for the purposes of this stage in my life and training, they're good enough for me.
