If any of you guys drink protein smoothies, try it with watermelon in it - you barely need to add water.
I like a liquid breakfast because I work out early in the morning so I have: Scoop protein, banana, watermelon, frozen blueberries (frozen is important for the texture of the shake), full fat greek yogurt 1-2Tbsp, and a zero sugar energy mixer. Add a little bit of water, you don't need much, and blend really well.
