I'm not even a Trump supporter but if you are a mod and you don't like Trump then that shouldn't dictate a thread about Trump getting deleted. You should be neutral in your moderating. There are way too many garbage threads that don't get deleted and yet you mods delete legit threads. What purpose does that serve if you're just deleting threads based on your personal sentiments on a major mma forum. This kind of shit adds up and becomes mainstream opinion on other sites. It won't be long before this forum starts getting a bum rap if it isn't already.

This thread was wastelanded because it did nothing but prolong a gimmick about Mike Perry. Plus, when a poster calls in a bunch of other posters (as someone did in that thread, mentioning dozens of other posters) the thread gets derailed and turns into a chat thread. The wasteland is a more appropriate location for a thread like that.

The injection of politics into the UFC discussion was wholly unnecessary. Bringing the president into the discussion, including his "hardline stance" that will "force China to open up some of their foreign business regulations", is best suited for the War Room. It was a veiled Trump thread, and they serve no purpose in the heavies unless they're actively discussing something political currently going on with the UFC.

Otherwise it's just speculation and you said it yourself: "The problem is selective regulation against all businesses. This isn't about just the UFC.". The heavies is a UFC forum, so it needs to be.

LOL It was a UFC discussion in the UFC forum section that just mentioned Trump. I have no reason to "thinly veil Trump support" I think the guy is a bufoon in general. I'm Canadian and I voted for Trudeau who is the most liberal leader on the planet. It was a quality thread.
 
I was given a yellow card for my war room thread about how I have been experiencing anxiety attacks since Trump was elected president. The thread was also deleted and I was messaged by a moderator and told to stop "trolling". I understand some people may not agree with my political views but I would ask that everyone be understanding that I am serious and not trying to troll.

Many people accused me of trolling but as a minority in America under President Trump I am feeling a lot of animosity and anger. This truly does scare me. I understand why people don't take me seriously or think I'm joking when I say I'm a feminist but I'm not, I am simply expressing my views and I think it's completely unfair to be punished because of that.

What's the deal with this?

I can literally post 50 threads like this on the daily. Quality threads getting deleted for no reason, and garbage threads going untouched in the heavies.
