Was there another UFC champ in the last 10 years with LESS skill then Lesnar?

Lesnar wasn't a skilled fighter at all...he was just bigger and stronger then all of his opponents, tackled them and laid on them (ala Frank Mir who was more skilled)...was their another fighter in the last 10 years with less skill then Lesnar at any weight class? Walks around @ 300 had to cut down to 265.

Let's be honest, if Lesnar with that skillset fighter in a smaller weight division, where he wasn't bigger and stronger he'd never get a win.
