Breif introduction. My name Knorut. My age 31. Goal to maintain weight at 185 pounds. Current Weight 230 pounds. I have come he for support. I have already gained I abnormal amount out insight from the FAQ's. Thank you Sherdoggers for the help. My plan? To take the next eight weeks and follow Madmick's plan:

well tommarrow will be the first day. Goal eat every 2-3 hours. I wake up at 0500 so that means:

1st meal 0700-0800

2nd mean 1000-1100

3rd meal 1300-1400

4th meal 1700-1800

5th meal 2100-2200

That will be my ideal eating times. I will not focus on the contents of the meal as much as the times. I hope this isn't as difficult as it seems in my mind.
 
Sounds good. Be sure to post every day, post progress pics and don't get discouraged.

I'm around the same as I'm at 215 and 185 would be ideal. What's your height?
