According to the DA the evidence in this case meets the requirements for the charges that was filed against Warmachine. Will they fully stay intact through out the trial, probably not.

But this moron is going away for many years regardless. You can't argue battery(a felony) and the highest charges of battery in most states can put you away a very long time. With his track record I feel pretty confident no judge is going to take it easy on sentencing with him. Honestly, if he gets anything less than 5 years he should feel very lucky. My opinion he will be locked up a good 7 to 8 years with a certain minimum of at least 5 years.
