Just on pages with a ton of yt vids or lots of big gifs. I wish vids were less "loaded" when they are embedded.

Okay I know it's old news and all, but the "notes" on Johny's wiki record from his last 4 fights still crack me the hell up.

(188 lbs) bout; Hendricks missed weight.
    Middleweight debut.
(173.5 lbs) bout; Hendricks missed weight.
(171.25 lbs) bout; Hendricks missed weight.

Indeed he is gorged flesh. Just not stable as the right environment collapses his tangible flesh. Reminds me of properly mistimed cooking of pulled pork....

Hey @Jack V Savage , was it London or Vegas that you had, in a past conversation, recommended a place for a particular cocktail to me? I think it was an old fashioned? I seem to recall something - may not have even been you - but if it was London, spill the beans. I'm there in a week! :D

To anyone, recommendations for a good gin bar would be appreciated.

    I think I recall recommending the Bellagio's French 75. That's Vegas.

I was just gonna post this in here and fittingly a guy named Stoic is the last poster. Came across these:

Memento Mori. “Remember that you will die.” Maybe I will buy one and carry it around. Game of Thrones may have ripped off this idea.

These coins are designed with the intention of carrying them in your pocket, a literal and inescapable reminder that “you could leave life right now.”

In Meditations Marcus Aurelius wrote “You could leave life right now. Let that determine what you do and say and think.” That was a personal reminder to continue living a life of virtue NOW, and not wait.

Lol. I'm at home having beers with some of my sisters friends. A stunned blonde is trying to stir up an in depth political conversation. :rolleyes:o_O:confused: Ay ay ay. Makes me appreciate this place.

Thought I'd share and in doing so have an excuse to tune out this moron...

I do indeed. Nice and viscose, any flavor you desire. You seem like a cultured individual to have a taste of beautiful succulent wine over.

Ahh, ok. We're planning on possibly going there for Christmas, so I'll put it in our travel notes. Thanks for the reminder.

    Fair.

Don't know if anything has changed, but the last two times I was there, Michael Mina had it, and the Bellagio did that version if you ordered it from room service. Michael Mina overall is really good. I make a point to get to that one and Craftsteak when I'm out there.

When I went to see Mir/JDS, I had a reservation for Michael Mina later. The person I watched the fight with was worried that we wouldn't make it in time. I assured him that the main even would be over quickly, that it would be a mild surprise if Mir got out of the first round. @Peteyandjia actually bet me that Mir would win.

I thought you were a Mir fan. Wouldn't think you'd like to see him get another Carwin-type beatdown.
