he beat the shit out of a porn hooker who gets paid to prostitute herself on video she's no angel and some random guy she was fuckin behind his back all the white knights defending her are suckers

sure he did wrong but give this guy a break what he did wasn't premeditated it was a spur of the moment incident and he obviously has a history of poor self control. The prosecution has an easy job of blowing this case out of proportion simply because "war machine" has the perfect profile of someone society can easily stereotype as a hyper-aggressive violent criminal that doesn't belong on their playground.

People make mistakes and when it comes down to it the consequences should fit the crimes otherwise it's a misrepresentation of so called justice in the justice system.
