Walk around at 76kg, cut to 67kg. Is 62kg viable?

Title is self explanatory. Basically, I walk around at 76-78kg (183cm tall) and cut to 67kg with minor problems, such as a slight headache and a little weakness but come fight time I'm still able to perform 5x3min rounds (MT) w/o issues.

My question is, would my performance be greatly affcted if I cut to 62? I know my kidneys would be bitching my ass off but would I like, "die" ? Been discussing with the guys at the gym and they argue I should do a test cut before actually going for it officially. The thing is, there is a 16man tourny coming up in 3 weeks and theres just not enough time for a test cut until then. I'm currently at 73.4kg 3 weeks out and figured it wouldnt hurt to ask for extra opinions.

Thanks!

PS: English is not my 1st language so I apologize for any possible grammar mistakes.

Sorry nobody replied to in time for your comp. How was it? Did you do it? I would advise not cutting this much, 9kg is a lot already.

U would be cutting 16% of ur bodyweight.

A 10% cut is difficult. Anything over that is brutal.

TS died from the weight cut...
