Maybe on paper, but not in society.
Many American citizens see these children as parents who broke the law and entered the country illegally.
Parents who worked off the books
Parents who took jobs from americans.
People upset when they see these girls were put though an education system and have parents who never contributed to school tax.
Never in the history of America has a language been translated to accommodate one group.
For centuries Italian, Russians, Japanese, Indian and so many more languages had been coming to America.
And never was there a press 2 for their language, never was their a translation on all goods.
So why did the u.s government decide to bend over backwards for the Spanish speakers.
It has every other foreign language speaking person upset.
Does the Spanish culture reject taking on the language or do they have more trouble picking up the language then other cultures.
