I get your point.......but it’s not quite the same when one is a pro fighter and the other is some random bar proper

There are no real laws about this.

Why would you be upset that the guy you tried to fight is a pro fighter? Just don't fight anybody...

Besides, there's guys who have trained their entire lives who never went pro. Guys that definitelt have the skills to make a decent run in the pros but just never had the interest or couldn't do it for different reasons, like an injury. They can beat you just as bad as Volkan can... So where does the law stand on that?

There's guys who never went pro all over the world that have serious boxing/kickboxing/MMA skills... I don't see how you can make a law that gives a person a harsher punishment because his hobby/sport of choice is a combat sport.
