If anybody knows anything about Russia and Putin, they will know he is a slimy globalist who will happily sell his own people, he's just not down with the weird social degeneracy, apart from that, there are hate speech laws in Russia, he allows Caucus people to run wild and there are massive mosques in Moscow.

He's not some big bad nationalist that cares about Russians, he is merely a leader that wants to preserve the territory of Russia, thus he will say all sorts of ridiculous nonsense like this, no real Russian gives any fucks about protecting Dagestanis or Chechens, just the opposite.

Most ethnic Russians, and ethnic Dagestanis get along just fine. In fact the tensions there are much less ststrained then tensions between blacks and whites in the United States.
