Vladimir Putin met with Marine Le Pen, leader of the French National Front Party.

Goldman Sachs Tells Investors Marine Le Pen Could Be France’s Next President

FRANCE-ELECTIONS-RALLY-640x480.jpg

Like Brexit and Donald Trump, Marine Le Pen could defy predictions to become president of France later this year, Goldman Sachs strategist Bobby Vedral has said, noting how “political correctness leads people to lie in the polls.”
Global head of Goldman Sachs’ MarketStrats group, Vedral said the market is too complacent over the upcoming election in France.

This week, he sent customers his analysis by email which read: “while the base case is that she won’t, it is at best naive, at worst negligent to assume she can’t.”

While he agrees with polls, which show arch-globalist former banker Emmanuel Macron will be made president of France in May, the strategist cautioned that there is data in the surveys which raises doubts.

When asked who they would vote for in the second round of the election in May (a runoff between the top two vote-getters if no one wins more than 50 per cent of the vote in the first round on April 23), a significant proportion of respondents answered “don’t know”, with the proportion reaching as high as 42 per cent, depending on the candidate mix.

Citing the “shy voter” theory, the idea that people can be reluctant to tell pollsters they intend to vote for a right-wing option in elections — thought to have been at work when electorates opted for Brexit and Donald Trump — Vedral said he believes that a large number of those people don’t want to admit they will vote for populist Marine Le Pen.

“Political correctness leads people to lie in the polls. Hence populist candidates benefit from the ‘shy vote’,” said Vedral, who explained Le Pen gets very close to winning if even just two-thirds of those undecided voters go to Le Pen.

The Goldman Sachs strategist said that if the Front National candidate’s voters are more committed than those of Macron, Marine Le Pen could cross the line to become France’s next president.

Vedral told CNBC he believes the populist candidate could get 85 per cent of her supporters to show up at polling stations in May. If only three-quarters of Macron supporters cast their ballots, the MarketStrats chief said Le Pen could win the election.

This week, the Front National icon vowed to control immigration if elected, declaring: “You, the French citizens, have the right to make up your own minds, to protect yourselves … from the sources of insecurity that come from opening up our borders.”

In stark contrast to Le Pen, Tony Blair-a-like Macron claimed “asylum seekers are fighting for their freedoms and their lives”.

Breitbart London has previously reported how the globalist ally of Hillary Clinton maintains that countless millions of people will move to Europe from the third world in coming decades. Claiming it’s impossible to escape such a flood, Macron urged the continent to “reconcile” itself with this fate.

Word is down, listen to the sound.

You can keep on dreaming and sound like a clown

Fuck it, I don't care, I'll drop this mic and we can share

you guess wrong

georgia attacked south ossetia n ukraine went to civil unrest n a coup. far from peaceful.

civil unrest eh? thats how it began, but how did putin become involved? is he still claiming that he isnt involved?

n if were talking about "attacking without being attacked" whatever russia did pales in comparison to the americans

america has done some bad shit. make russia the hegemonic power of the world and would they be any better? worse?

Georgia did indeed attack South Ossetia, which has a russian majority.
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2009/oct/01/russia-georgia-south-ossetia

While i don't condone Russia's involvement in the Ukraine, NATO did indeed violate multiple Agreements with Russia in regards to Eastern Expansion/Aggression of NATO.

And Crimea was historically Russian anyway

historically russian? that argument gets used by the worst of people and conquerors. hitler only wanted austria because its ethnically german....etc etc

as to your other points...fair enough.

civil unrest eh? thats how it began, but how did putin become involved? is he still claiming that he isnt involved?

Are Americans still claiming they had nothing to do with the coup?

america has done some bad shit. make russia the hegemonic power of the world and would they be any better? worse?

That's all hypothetical.

The reality is russia stays within its own geographical sphere of influence

On the other hand America wants to control the entire globe n pretend they are world police

Yeah that argument is only valid when it fits American agenda

France's Le Pen says the EU 'will die', globalists to be defeated

The European Union will disappear, French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen told a rally on Sunday, promising to shield France from globalisation as she sought to fire up her supporters in the final four weeks before voting gets underway.

Buoyed by the unexpected election of Donald Trump in the United States and by Britain's vote to leave the EU, the leader of the eurosceptic and anti-immigrant National Front (FN) party, told the rally in Lille that the French election would be the next step in what she called a global rebellion of the people.

"The European Union will die because the people do not want it anymore ... arrogant and hegemonic empires are destined to perish," Le Pen said to loud cheers and applause.

"The time has come to defeat globalists," she said, accusing her main rivals, centrist Emmanuel Macron and conservative Francois Fillon, of "treason" for their pro-EU, pro-market policies.

Opinion polls forecast that Le Pen will do well in the April 23 first round of the presidential election only to lose the May 7 run-off to Macron.

But the high number of undecided voters means the outcome remains unpredictable and motivating people to go to the polling stations will be key for the top candidates.

Its opposition to the EU and the euro currency underlines an anti-establishment stance that pleases the FN's grassroots supporters and attracts voters angry with globalisation. But it is also likely to be an obstacle to power in a country where a majority oppose a return to the franc.

Le Pen has over the past few months tried to tackle this by criticizing the unpopular EU while telling voters she would not abruptly pull France out of the bloc or the euro but instead hold a referendum after six months of renegotiating the terms of France's EU membership.

On Sunday, while predicting the EU's demise, she was careful to say she would seek to replace it with "another Europe," which she called "the Europe of the people", based on a loose cooperative of nations.

"It must be done in a rational, well-prepared way," she told Le Parisien daily in an interview. "I don't want chaos. Within the negotiation calendar I want to carry out ... the euro would be the last step because I want to wait for the outcome of elections in Germany in the autumn before renegotiating it."

Reacting to Le Pen's comments on the death of the EU, France's ambassador to the United States, Gerard Araud, tweeted: "That'll be the real significance of the French elections: the survival or the demise of the EU. A quasi-referendum."

Some 72 percent of French voters want to keep the euro, an Ifop poll published in Le Figaro newspaper showed.

But unlike voters overall, a large majority of FN voters back a euro exit, the poll showed.

"I'm convinced it will explode anyway, so she is right to anticipate it and prepare for an intelligent and organized exit from the euro before we head for even more of a disaster than we are in now," 56-year-old bank employee Marie-Dominique Rossignol said after the rally.

america is the world police, and many hate that, but just as many are perfectly content with it. look at how many countries dont even bother funding a military, for example. guess why theyre able to do such a thing...

if there wasnt a hegemonic power of the world, what do you suspect would happen next?

Bolsheviks or Putin are the same thing. Different political systems but they both want the same thing. Soviet influence over Europe.

You have to be an idiot thinking Putin is on the french or Europes side. The good thing is French voters aren't idiots.
This kind of behavior won't get her elected.

When those 100 sons and daughters of France were murdered, the savages took the time to cut off genitals and stick them in the mouth of the sons and daughters they just murdered. Be aware of the behavior Fench people really shouldn't tolerate.

You lost me there considering this is France now.

They're the tolerant, eshcates and enlightened ones.. The French blooded white people who think that's a problem are uneducated, and deplorable. You have to learn how to lie to yourself better, bro.

Yes, and they shouldn't let this go. Go after those people Waffen-SS style.
All I am saying is don't underestimate the danger of French and Russian Nationalism for Europe.
If everyone gives into their misguides nationalistic tendency. We won't be partners we will be adversaries.

German nationalism is probably the most dangerous one in Europe.
We have clear examples of this from recent history lets fight those people as partners. Let's not fight each other.
And make no mistake if we return to nationalism we will fight each other. Not necessary via armed conflict but politicaly and economicly.

Le Pen: I Will Quit Office if French Reject Eurozone Exit

AP_17083411528529-640x480.png

PARIS (AP) — Far-right presidential candidate Marine Le Pen says that if her plan to pull France from the euro currency is rejected by the French she will resign.
Le Pen, speaking Monday on Europe 1 radio, reiterated her plan to hold a referendum on the euro issue if elected president, and “If it’s no, I will go.”

She said that a show of support for the eurozone means the French “choose a model of governance imposed by the European Union” – which Le Pen also wants to exit. It also means, she said, that “70 percent of my project cannot be put in place.”

Le Pen is at the top of polls ahead of the April 23 and May 7 voting, along with independent centrist Emmanuel Macron.

Soros-funded blogger linked to death threats against Marine Le Pen

inrocks3396107822.png

PARIS

The blogger gained prominence through his writing for the Bondy Blog, a pro-migrant blog set up following the 2005 Paris riots and financed by George Soros’ Open Society Foundation.

Marion Le Pen expressed her surprise that the blogger had been shielded by the media for so long.

The Bondy Blog is a site created for and by sub-Saharan and North African second-generation immigrants seeking to celebrate “ethnic diversity” and insert “the stories from the ‘hood into the larger national debates”.

Medhi Meklat, 24, published thousands of anti-white threatening and homophobic tweets under a pseudonym. His threats were only discovered last month. He boasts more than 50 000 offensive tweets from 2012 to 2014.

He had even appeared on the cover of a ‘Inrockuptibles’ edition, with Badrouine Said Abdallah and former justice minister Christiane Taubira. Taubira, who was featured alongside Meklat on the front cover of the French culture magazine, later said that she regretted allowing him to take a platform beside her.

The tweets included depraved death threats against the Front National leader Le Pen, but his supporters have tried to shrug them off as a joke.

“I am going to slit your throat Muslim style” read the tweet threatening Le Pen. Another called for the “anal rape” of former Charlie Hebdo editor-in-chief Charb, one of the victims of the January 2015 terror attacks, with a “Laguiole knife”.

The tweets were published under the pseudonym “Marcelin Deschamps”, described by Meklat as a “fictional character” but he later denied his attachment to the ideas he had tweeted. He called them an experiment in “provocation” instead.

A French tweeter, identified by Le Monde as a teacher, expressed outrage at one of Meklat’s television appearances. The teacher pleaded, successfully, for the country to demand the author answer for Meklat’s obscene and offensive tweets.

In a lengthy note on Facebook Meklat apologised for the posts while attempting to absolve himself of culpability, claiming to be victim of a time when Twitter was “a digital Wild West. A new object, almost confidential, where no rule was enacted, no moderation exercised”.

Meklat is a Muslim Algerian who grew up in Seine-Saint-Denis, where immigrant riots have recently resurfaced.

In France almost 2 000 teenagers have been radicalised by Islamic State, officials say, with a 121 percent increase between 2015 and 2016.

Terrorism is a social activity, not one undertaken by crazed loners. Research last year found that 45 percent of Islamic militant cases talked about their inspiration and possible actions with family and friends.

'You want us to start World War Three!' Le Pen accuses BBC presenter of WARMONGERING
MARINE Le Pen accused Newsnight presenter Emily Maitlis of wanting war “at all costs” during a tense interview ahead of the French election.

Following a series of questions about Le Pen’s relationship with Vladimir Putin and Russia’s role in the world, Ms Maitlis asked whether France would defend the Baltic states or the Ukraine against a theoretical invasion from the former Soviet nation.

Le Pen raged: “You want war at all costs! What is your problem? You want to go to war! Do you like war? You want conflicts - you want us to start World War Three!

Marine-Le-Pen-claims-no-one-wants-to-go-to-war-785161.jpg

“At the moment no one wants to go to war with anyone.

“I’m happy to go into all the hypotheses, but no one is going to war with anyone - no one wants to go to war with anyone else.

“There was a territorial conflict with Ukraine - these things happen.

“Now it has to be resolved diplomatically, and I think France’s voice has weight as long as France is France, not a region of the EU.

“Honestly, if you’re trying to say that Russia is a military danger to European countries, I think you’re mistaken in your analysis.”

The Front National leader met with Putin for the first time in Moscow last week after repeatedly praising the Russian leader for his policies.

She reiterated her support for the populist policies of Putin and Trump, saying: “There’s Russia, which doesn’t deserve to be treated with prejudice. It hasn’t led any campaigns against European countries, or the US.

“What I notice is that Putin’s government must be pretty popular with Russians, given that it is constantly being reelected.”

She described herself as the “anti-Merkel” and condemned the German chancellor’s economic, monetary and migrant policies.

Le Pen added: “She’s increasingly isolated, because the policies I represent are the policies represented by Mr Trump and Mr Putin, and the British people made it clear they want to go in that direction.

“The EU is almost already over - rather than waiting for it’s chaotic collapse, I suggest we organise its transformation to a Europe of nations while respecting the wishes of the European people.

“The EU is shining with the light of a dead star.”
