Make that 4 top Samoans.

Notable Latino champions:
Rey "Lost most matches as champion" Mysterio
Alberto "Fuck you wwe" del Rio
Pedro Morales
Eddie "Killed by work" Guerrero

You can take the boy out of the trailer park but not the trailer park out of the boy.

Rey got booked on top at 5'4", or whatever he. He went over at WM main event FFS.

Eddie was booked on top, after years of being buried in WCW. Also, the business kills many...Rude, Hennig, Owen, Davey Boy, etc.

Del Rio was booked as the companies top heel.

This is all in the past 15 years or so. Pointing out one counter-example, of a video game, isn't proof of anything.

Dude's gonna be really pissed when he finds out those 2 Latino jobbers are actually Samoan.

Meh people always try and say this but it's not true. He's a promoter he'll try and make money anyway he can. He didn't want to sign Samoa Joe because he thought he was just another fat Samoan. Rikishi and Umaga easily could have and probably should have been world champs. If he was so anti latino he wouldn't have tried so hard to get Del Rio over. He wants that Mysterio merch machine back badly.

17% population, nobody apart from Puerto Rico conmen who want to be released, nobody in development, Vince hates Latinos.

China, England, Germany and France have huge populations and we've never seen a world champion from any of those countries. Does that mean he's inherently biased against them? Melina and Eve Torres got big pushes. He's kept Sin Cara around too long and there's still a chance they do something big with Kallisto.

I don't get why you are talking nonsense because this is borderline a troll job. Vince is all about trying to make as much money as possible so this is all nonsense. Who else, in what world. would push a 5'3" wrestler at the World HEAVYWEIGHT Champion but Vince? Vince made Rey Misterio a world champion.

And let's not forget Mistico/Sin Cara. Came in with huge hype, there was even a press conference held for Sin Cara in MEXICO CITY. Of course less than 6 months in, he got suspended for a drug violation and they still tried to push him even though he proved he could not have a fantastic match in the WWE and was nothing more than a constant botch machine.

Look at ADR, Vince pushed him as hard as he could, put the marketing machine behind him and even after he left and talked all that smack, Vince brought him right back. If that doesn't prove Vince wants a wrestler of Mexican heritage as champion, nothing will.

One last thing; Vince made Rey Misterio his champion, made ADR his champion so we can't say Vince doesn't like, let alone hate, Latinos. If anything, Vince is trying way too hard to make a Mexican/Latino champion. From 2008-2011, it's arguable that Mistico was the top draw in Mexico and guess what? He wasn't even made the HW champion in CMLL because he was deemed a cruiserweight and nothing more. Vince is the only guy who allowed a legit cruiserweight, featherweight as a HW champion so again, this is complete and utter nonsense.

Shoot Rey is a 3x world champ in the WWE

Exactly. Look, even in Mexico, they won't even make a guy like Rey or Mistico a World Champion. That's my whole point, they can be biggest draw but even Mexico refuses to put a small guy as the World Champ.

Tito Santana was over back in the day, just saying

2017= more Brits on the roster than Latinos. British Championship turns up in 2017. Brit kayfabe runs NXT.

Latinos=17% US population.

There are 5xtimes more Latinos in the US than Punjabis in India.

Imagine if there were TWO blacks in WWE. And black dudes are 11% of the population in the US.

Rey was worst booked champ in history and it was the shittiest run ever. ADR was a handsome charismatic dude booked to hell and back.

Even Razor didn't get the belt. Even though we know he was Scott Hall.

You cannot argue that Latinos are absurdly racistly underrepresented in WWE in 2017.

Two time share crooks who want to leave the company.

17%.

And Latinos love wrestling and love to wrestle.

Show me the key African American or Samoan demographic who love to wrestle and watch wrestling.

My point was they're not biased against Brits even if they could have used ones they had in the past better. They are desperate for a big latino star they just suck at booking them recently that's all. It's not about him being Punjabi Indians will latch onto success and turn a blind eye like most other countries.

Ok you're taking this down the racist avenue and that's not the route to take on this topic. All the Latin guys that have been mentioned in the thread aside from Sin Cara and Kalisto had one major thing in common.....they spoke great English. Vince wants to have marketable people he can use in markets like Latin America and India but they have to speak good enough English if they are going to get over in the states and be an asset to the company in those markets.

Take Nakamura for example, he has scripted promos and they never let him truly talk so he comes off as a poor English speaker but when you saw him on talking smack before mitb, he actually has pretty decent English and is pretty funny.

If anything, they're still bias some towards blacks in the main event singles picture. Remove Rock from the picture as he's half black and Samoan royalty, the only black guys to hold a world title in the WWE are Booker T and Mark Henry. And that was the world heavyweight title not the WWE title.

I agree but obligatory.

Dammit I knew I forgot someone. Ok that makes two then. Lol
Missed the boat on making him a much bigger star at 19 but it was a great moment nonetheless. I still think it's more to do with bad booking and the talent not getting themselves over enough more than wwe bias though. Bobby Lashley was being groomed to be a huge star and he just wasn't ready, Shelton Benjamin had no charisma, Ezekial Jackson couldn't get himself over and got a shit ton of injuries. R-Truth has a good deal of success in wwe despite what he's been doing the last few years.

Blacks are pretty well represented on the roster and on commentary. Over represented even on commentary but that's fine.

I will continue to hammer this.

African Am=12% population.

Latinos still 17%.

2 Latinos on the roster.

Previously you could add ADR, Sin Cara and Rey.

WCW had a much more representative Latino roster even if they were all midcarders.

Even TNA gets this shit with LAX and Konnan.
