A little bit of breakdown in form is expected around your 1RM. That's one reason you don't max out all the time.
Tony is displaying far more than a minor breakdown in form, Tony is displaying no form, whatsoever. Either it's a terrible joke or Tony has no idea, literally none, how to properly lift and train his body. Very dissapointing, I am now assured Tony will never maintain elite status for any length of time.
