(video) Leon Edwards on Darren Till 'Everyone thinks he's the second coming of God"

Shades of Vera before the Jones fight...

He has good wrestling, which is often the downfall with English fighters (barring Bisping) once they get to that top level.

He would need to implement his wrestling and mix things up, because spamming a left hand over the top of Tills jab for 15 minutes is not going to fly.

Till may be a little hyped, but his striking credentials speak for themselves. He is leaps and bounds above Edwards in striking proficiency, and that’s before we consider the fact that he is also huge at the weight.

He's actually improved his wrestling dramatically, it was god awful in his first couple of fights, I'd say his other attributes have remained the same rather than improved but he's found out he can beat on the feet much more easily in the UFC than on the euro circuit.

Be careful there Leon buddeh. This is very Brandon vera-esque right before he fought jon Jones. Almost the same line. Don't jinx yourself.

Till literally has beat nobody except head case cerrone. His hype is even less understandable than Perry's

But he's got a weird accent
A cool back story
And Liverpool fans are like NOTHING you Yankee's have ever seen before

Except he lives in Brazil and married a Brazilian and loves Brazil

There is no real Till hype. Platinum was 100% more hyped than Till and 1000% less than Sage. He beat an over the hill Cowboy. Big deal, had a few close UFC and arguably lost one that was ruled a draw (and against a no namer).

If it looks like a destroyer, and acts like a destroyer, it must be a fucking destroyer. Did you see the fight?

Till should have rode the wave of popularity he had after the cerrone fight and got straight back in there , even cowboy has fought and won since Till seems content to sit out for a while . I think he has huge potential though but as with every European fighter we won't know how far he can go until we see him face a wrestler or bjj guy
