One of the cooler-looking sacrifice moves in the sambo repertoire. I've seen Kolganov teach this as well, very sneaky.

I like the technique... but I can not take anyone serious that wears a kurtka with mma or board shorts, even if one person is wearing Bodycomb's signature nogi shorts.

That said, I'll be looking to practice this sometime.
