(Vid) Khabib doesn't even need to complete initial td, he just needs to get his opponent off balance

This is an example of why his td's and chain wrestling are so dangerous.

What looks like a failed TD here, turns into a scramble, a clinch against the cage, and the inevitable trip before fight ending smesh.

Take note and learn something.

With his assortment of td's and trips he is the best in the UFC at it because he can seamlessly transition from one td to the next.

Downplay it all you want.

Is there anyone who doesn't think he's an elite grappler? Nobody thinks he's been getting blast doubles. He's exactly like DC when it comes to his grappling.

I watched the video. He did complete the takedown, and he looked like he needed/wanted it more than the air he was breathing.

Yes. Khabib has high level Mixed Grappling but he just calls it smash due to language barrier.

pretty neat. he mixed in a judo throw. judo alone isnt that effective in mma but mixed with wrestling and grappling its nasty.

Chain wrestling a short notice replacement that was ranked 116 in the world at LW at the time must have been incredibly hard for him.

Nothing against Darrel Horcher; but can you name his biggest wins off the top of your head without any researching?
Is Conor's wrestling and grappling really any better?

We've seen Khabib wrestle/grapple fuck much better wrestler/grapplers than Conor.

You act like we don't know khabib is one of the best wrestlers in MMA.

let us be precise! he calls it "smesh"
but yeah, a term that doesn't reflect the 30 years of high level grappling mixing judo, sambo, wrestling and BJJ, that his father, like a mad scientist, spent teaching his son how to effectively fuck anyone up remotely your size.

"Darrell Horcher".... /thread

Put up the first round of that fight. Khabib was garbage considering the level of opponent he was facing. Embarrassing that it took two rounds to get the finish.
Was he so poor against Horcher because he was coming back form injury or was it because he has problems with south-paws.
