Van Jones "Russia is a nothingburger" - Project Veritas

His edits are not "deceptive". This talking point is just more Liberal crap so they can ignore the truth. I have watched edited and unedited version of his videos and often the full video is even worse, but for time restrictions of the short attention span left, they edit them to get to the relevant parts quick.

So the people who made the video getting charged with fraud, that was due to the massive power of planned parenthood getting them silenced? Retard. You're just like Carly Fiorina. "We can hear them discussing, with the baby still breathing." In a video without audio. Goddamn

Maybe this is just a smokescreen, because we know the real villain is Hilary Clinton, and her child sex pizza ring, right?

This. To me, a deceptive edit is what Megyn Kelly did with that Alex Jones interview, where they cut 8 hrs worth of interview footage to 8-10 mins, camera going back and forth between their faces with quotes being spliced out of context.

The Veritas videos during the election, and these CNN ones are all continuous dialogue with no interruptions. The people who were filmed were not edited, they just flat out bragged about these scummy things they were doing to complete strangers. They couldn't help it.

Matter of fact, I will give CNN reporters credit. When they're in an elevator and not on air, they're actually very honest people.

I'm impressed with people working for project veritas

You have a link where they are getting charged with Fraud for the Planned Parenthood video?

Lmao, okay buddy, keep telling yourself that. Planned Parenthood is gonna get charges for selling fetuses any day now...

...wait, they were investigated by states across the board and found no wrongdoing?

Congratulations, you played yourself. 3 Cons.

<puh-lease75><puh-lease75><puh-lease75>

The charges have to come from the states and Jerry Brown would never let it happen in California. As to your claim, this story from the NY Times shows you are talking out of your ass again.

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/14/...-forgo-payment-for-fetal-tissue-programs.html

Why did they need to change their policy and no longer take $ for fetal tissue?

You just played yourself. 3 Idiots.

They changed their policy because retards like you don't understand that they only cover the charge of transport, not contribute to profit. TO THIS VERY DAY, Planned Parenthood still provides fetal tissue for scientific research, they just foot the bill to get it to the researchers. If you read the article that you quoted (Like someone with a functional brain), you would know that.

But i'm gracious, i'll shit down your throat some more.

Florida

In July 2015, Florida Republican Gov. Rick Scott ordered a state investigation to see whether Planned Parenthood was "selling body parts," Politico Florida reported at the time. On Aug. 5, the agency investigating the clinics released its findings, saying that none of the state's Planned Parenthood sites had been selling tissue or body parts. However, the investigation did find that one clinic out of Florida's 16 wasn't correctly keeping its records of fetal remains. In addition, three were found to have been performing second-trimester abortions while only being licensed to perform abortions in the first trimester, according to Politico. Planned Parenthood disputed this, arguing that the state had changed the rules on how it measured the first trimester, as Reuters reported. Though it briefly looked like the state and Planned Parenthood agreed on the issue, Politico reported, the organization was fined in September 2015.

Georgia

Republican Gov. Nathan Deal on July 16, 2015, asked the state's Departments of Community Health and Public Health to investigate whether Planned Parenthood was engaging in the "horrific practice" that the CMP's videos claimed to depict. On Aug. 13, the Department of Public Health reported that all five of the clinics had "proper procedures in place for burial or internment of [fetal] remains," as NPR member station WABE reported.

Indiana

In July 2015, Republican Gov. Mike Pence asked the state Department of Health to investigate the state's Planned Parenthood clinics, to see whether they were engaging in any sale of fetal tissue, local TV station WTHR reported. Weeks later, the department said it had "concluded there was no evidence of this type of activity" at three Planned Parenthood facilities in the state, as the Indianapolis Star reported.

Kansas

On July 21, 2015, Republican Gov. Sam Brownback asked his state's Board of Healing Arts "to address the issue of sale of tissue and organs from the unborn" at Planned Parenthood facilities, the Topeka Capital-Journal reported. This month, the board said it had "determined no further action would be taken at this time," per the Associated Press.

Massachusetts

On July 17, 2015, Republican state Rep. James Lyons sent a letter to Democratic state Attorney General Maura Healey, asking her to launch an investigation into whether Planned Parenthood was participating in fetal tissue sales like those the CMP video purported to show, as the Boston Herald reported. On July 29, Healey responded in a statement that the state's Planned Parenthood sites were "fully compliant with state and federal laws regarding the disposition of fetal tissue" and were not participating in any fetal tissue donation, though it is legal in that state, as the Boston Globe reported.

Michigan

On July 16, 2015, Republican state Sen. Phil Pavlov asked the state to investigate "to determine whether or not any Michigan-based facilities have participated in the horrifying sale of babies' body parts," MLive reported. In October, the two departments handling the investigations issued a statement, saying that "there is no evidence to date that illegal practices are occurring," MLive reported.

Missouri

On July 21, 2015, Democratic Attorney General Chris Koster started an investigation, saying that "the questions raised by [CMP's] videos require careful review," local TV station KMBC reported. In September, a release from Koster's office said the investigation turned up no "irregularities involving the transmission, examination, or disposal of the fetal organs and tissue" from abortions at the state's one clinic that performed surgical abortions, as the New York Times reported.

Nevada

In September 2015, Nevada Republican Attorney General Adam Laxalt sent a letter to Nevada Planned Parenthood facilities. Mentioning the videos, the letter asked the sites about their abortion procedures and also asked if they donate fetal tissue, as the AP reported. In December 2015, his office closed the investigation, saying that the facilities weren't performing surgical abortions and that there also wasn't evidence of tissue donation, according to the AP.

Ohio

In mid-July 2015, Ohio Republican Attorney General Mike DeWine announced that he was launching an investigation into whether any Planned Parenthood clinics in the state were selling fetal parts, according to Cleveland.com. In December, the state released the investigation, revealing that there was no evidence of any such sales. However, investigators did find that fetal remains were disposed of via incinerators or landfills, which, while not illegal, DeWine claimed "violate[d] Ohio administrative code," as Cleveland.com reported. (An Ohio Planned Parenthood official disputed his claim.)

Pennsylvania

In July, two Republican state legislators asked the state attorney general to investigate whether Planned Parenthood in Pennsylvania was selling fetal tissue, Philly.com reported. In August, state Health Secretary Karen Murphy responded in a letter that there was no evidence that any Pennsylvania facilities were buying, selling or donating fetal tissue, as The Hill reports.

South Dakota

In July 2015, Republican state Attorney General Marty Jackley instructed the state Health Department to investigate whether fetal tissue sales were occurring at Planned Parenthood, the AP reported. On Aug. 11, 2015, Jackley told the Associated Press that "there are no reports, complaints or inspection records that would demonstrate any evidence (of) illegal activity in South Dakota at this time."

Washington

In late July 2015, 34 Republican lawmakers wrote a letter asking Democratic Attorney General Bob Ferguson to investigate whether the state's Planned Parenthood clinics were selling fetal parts, the Seattle Times reported. In November, Ferguson reportedthat the state had found no evidence that the state's affiliates were selling fetal tissue. Washington is home to one of only two clinics (the other being in California) that Planned Parenthood says currently donate any fetal tissue to researchers.

In addition, eight states (California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Virginia) decided not to pursue investigations into the videos' allegations.

Newsflash stupid, you fell for it. Not even Texas could find any wrongdoing, and Hot Wheels has a hard on for Planned Parenthood. Face it, James O'Keefe fed you a shit sandwich and you ate it like it was your last meal.

6 Cons for being a retard, eat it up pimp.

It's hard to decipher what he means. He could be saying that there's nothing to it, or that it's impossible to prove.

Breitbart is a whole lot of crap with some gems sprinkled in from time to time. CNN, NY Times, ABC, NBC, WaPo, CBS are even worse, because these assholes act as if they are above reproach and unbias. They have been playing their duplicitous game for decades and it is nice to see them finally exposed.
So where do you go for "real news"?

So where do you go for "real news"?

I personally look at political boards and then follow various sources. I track down where a story originated to see if it is credible or just another "unamed source". I can end up at NY Times or at Breitbart or at NBC. There are gems out there, but trusting a "news agency" today is a bad idea.

.... and you just fell for selective reporting. Planned Parenthood did not take on the practice in states where they knew the Attorney General would take them to task. How does it feel to believe NPR and get caught? Look up "StemExpress" and Fetal Tissue sales from Planned Parenthood. It did happen. We all know it happened. Only a real idiot would lie to themselves that it didn't happen, because they are a partisan sheep.

You need the real source.

Q: Three thousand three hundred and forty. Now, that—that particular brain is shipped—is shipped out of the clinic. Now, here’s the scenario, and we’ll be done. Tissue tech learns who’s available for contributing. She goes and gets the consent. She gets paid a bonus. The Planned Parenthood clinic, I believe, gets $55, but it’s in the range of [$]30 to [$]100, and StemExpress resells that brain for over $3,000.

And you’ll notice — you may notice on there [the invoice] that the shipping and maybe some other things are paid for by the customer. Now, does that bother you?

A: No.

Q: Okay. So if StemExpress made a profit by marking up what they paid for the tissue 2,800 percent, would that bother you?

A: I don’t know that they’re ma[r]king [sic] it up. I have no idea what their costs are.

Q: Well, if they — if it was a profit would it bother you?

A: It’s really none of my business, no.

The report makes it clear. The very top level Planned Parenthood executives admit they change their abortion methods to a more gruesome technique to get higher quality baby parts. How can any human alive not know that and just cringe in disgust? They use vulnerable women to make obscene profits for their business partners. If you actually read the testimony and emails from the National Abortion Federation they looked for kickback payments for each successful body part harvests. That is criminal and they walked away.

How many "cons" will you "serve" yourself "pimp" (errrr retard?) if this video turns out to be true?

This works both ways right?

All were dropped, but 1 and that will go away too.... welcome to June. ;)

Note: California was the location and they failed to charge Planned Parenthood that admitted to selling baby parts and using barbaric techniques to get the best quality from the babies.

Lol. They never sold baby parts, they negotiated transportation fees to biomedical research firms. Apparently breakthroughs in medicine from otherwise unused human tissues is tantamount to selling baby parts in your InfoWars brand hermetic Alpha bubble.

That's why there were no criminal charges.

They weren't charged with anything by the FBI or any of the states, but since you FEEL that they did it, they did it. We're through the looking glass.

Let's look at the rebuttal to that report, also from the House.

https://selectpaneldems-energycommerce.house.gov/sites/default/files/20161228 Full Report.pdf

1. StemExpress

Panel Republicans aggressively targeted the same company – StemExpress – that received the most attention in the Daleiden videos and alleged throughout the investigation that they had uncovered “evidence” of criminal misconduct by the company. In reality, the approximately 1,700 pages of documents and accompanying explanations provided to the Panel by StemExpress do not show unlawful profit or other misconduct.

StemExpress is a “small life sciences company that supports leading research institutions” by providing “stem cells and other human tissue critical to medical research.” The “overwhelming majority” of its work involves “isolating and purifying cells derived from donated adult tissue and blood” – not fetal tissue. These products are not subject to the ban on “valuable consideration” and it is not against the law for StemExpress to profit from their sale. With regard to fetal tissue, “StemExpress does not provide fetal tissue to its customers to make money; rather, it is offered to support the needs of the world’s best researchers in their efforts to treat and cure diseases.”

Fetal tissue procurement “has constituted roughly 1% of the company’s total revenue before accounting for costs and expenses.” The other approximately 99% of StemExpress’s business relates to human blood, adult tissue products, bone marrow, adult primary cells, and other manufactured isolated cells that researchers need to perform their research. As the company made clear:

“[F]etal tissue revenue is an exceedingly small fraction of StemExpress’s total revenue in any given year. Any revenue derived from fetal tissue must be offset by reasonable costs and expenses related to the processing, preservation, quality control, transportation, and storage of fetal tissue.”

Once these costs are factored in, the company lost money on its services related to fetal tissue donation. As the company explained:

From 2014 to 2015, StemExpress collected $74,955 in gross revenue from providing fetal tissue but incurred an estimated $95,160 in costs and expenses related to the processing, preservation, quality control, transportation, and storage of fetal tissue. The financial impact of these substantial costs is a two-year loss estimated at $20,205 on providing fetal tissue to clients.

StemExpress explained to the Panel that it generally charged researchers “roughly $500 to $600 for unaltered tissues” but the costs related to each transfer were “approximately $750 to $1,000.”63 The hundreds of invoices and purchase orders produced by StemExpress to the Panel are consistent with the company’s explanation, with amounts differing depending on the type of tissue because costs incurred are “not uniform across all procurement of fetal tissues.” In limited circumstances, invoices and accounting records indicate that StemExpress charged higher 56 amounts for certain types of tissue. For example, StemExpress explained that it charged one researcher $890 for a specimen given that it involved “procurement of four separate and distinct tissues,” and another researcher $950 for a disease-specific request given the long time such requests remained on the schedule and the need to establish “specific procurement partnerships.”

To demonstrate costs, the company provided an estimated breakdown for employee labor, supplies, shipping, clinic reimbursement, and screening of tissue for infectious disease. By agreement with the Majority, StemExpress also created accounting reports that detailed estimated costs and expenses and confirmed that the company lost money on fetal tissue procurement.

Characterizing these agreed-upon documents as self-serving accounts, Chair Blackburn demanded additional records from the company’s bank and accountant. But these documents, provided to the Panel by the company’s bank, shed no light on the company’s fetal tissue services because they do not distinguish what amounts, if any, relate to the approximately 1% of the company’s business related to fetal tissue procurement – as opposed to the 99% of its business involving other services. Chair Blackburn nonetheless elected to pursue criminal contempt against StemExpress in September for alleged failure to produce even more banking and accounting records – and did so without ever responding to the explanation of compliance sent by the company four months earlier.

While Panel Republicans have pointed to what they describe as unjustified estimated expenses by StemExpress, such as overstating shipping and infectious disease screening costs that are passed on to researcher customers, the documents produced by the company have already addressed some of these claims. For example, documents produced by StemExpress explain that shipping expenses included costs for shipping supplies from StemExpress’s headquarters to clinics as well as costs for shipping specimen to an outside laboratory or to the StemExpress headquarters laboratory for infectious disease screening. These costs were separate from shipping costs associated with sending tissue directly to a researcher.

With regard to any remaining allegations of unjustifiable costs or unlawful profit, Panel Republicans steadfastly refused to interview witnesses offered by the company to explain its business practices and answer the Panel’s questions. This included the company’s Procurement Director, who had previously served as a Procurement Manager, and another witness who had performed accounting work for the company. Nor did they ask to re-interview the company’s Chief Executive Officer, who had already appeared voluntarily for a bipartisan briefing with staff of the Energy and Commerce committee during its investigation. As the company noted, “[r]ather than depose any of these individuals, the Select Panel appears intent on driving a predetermined narrative that suits its ends.”

See, while your feelings may lead you to believe that all this misconduct happened, the reality of it is that you fell for the theater, and that's why they do it. If it were anything more than theater, then people would be getting arrested, but the only person that did in this case is James O'Keefe. Beautiful, just beautiful.

Project Veritas is doing excellent work. You just have to catch liberals when they think they can speak freely and the ugly truth comes out.

There is something really off-putting about O'Keefe.
