JJ's fought her first mma fight when she was 24 yo. She must've been training mma since long before that. Antonina is 32 yo and she hasn't started training mma yet, doubt she would ever make the change if she doesn't start to train by now
 
There's quite a bit to appreciate about Shevchenko but the thing I appreciate her for most is shutting up Juliana Pena.

Just to set the record straight, Antonina has several MMA fights dating back to 2002. She has trained MMA her whole life. That being said her focus is cementing her legacy in Muay Thai today.
