People like to act like USADA was the greatest thing once the UFC Conor situation but USADA has always been trash. People like Jiri get tested that many times then others barely do. I remember Matt Brown saying he has had no issues with them and they barely even tested him. So there's someone that could easily be accessible in Ohio never getting tested then another all over the place always getting tested. In 2022 Jiri got tested 64 times...Matt Brown 9. Okay maybe they are looking for something. Jon Jones that year? 4 times. There's more crap that makes them BS but that's an easy one.
