UPPERCUT – MIKE TYSON

This punch is more like getting your bones shattered rather than a weight shift, you can try it yourself just use this "exercise" your pelvis will pop out, the torso will rotate by stretching the opposite lat without even using any force from the muscles, do it with force and the acceleration will be too much even for your cartilage and bones.
