If he came around today, he'd be cut straight from that SJW cloth.

I didn't think he was very political.

It's clear after reading this thread that TS suffers from a severe case of:

Pretentious? Yup. a hack? Not really, just extremely over-rated.

You don't even know what pretentious means. Kanye West is pretentious and neither are hacks.

False. Nirvana would be playing Rape Me at the Trump's inaugural rally. Cobain would be considered a blonde hair blue eyed Nazi today.

I had a friend who had a bad heroin habit back then, he used to shoot up exclusively to Nevermind. Then he over dosed, and I've never been able to listen to them.

Do you even know what pretentious means? His music was extremely accessible.

The grunge "going against the grain" anti-fame act was pretentious as hell.

Cobain and Nirvana are definitely overrated due to the whole suicide thing.

The entire genre of rock is about rebellion and going against the grain.

Well, thats not true. I was never a big fan of Nirvana but Smells like Teen Spirit was a SMASH hit. That song was on the radio 100's of times a day.

Wow never heard that song before. Sounds like Nirvana completely ripped off that song for "Come as You Are".

It's weird. Back in my high school days I though Nirvana was amazing. Not it is hard for me to listen to them for more than a minute or so.

You're right. I'll bet Curt would wish he wrote it, if he wasn't dead.
