Earthquakes are a daily occurrence in Yellowstone. They have thousands/year.

This was a particularly big one for Yellowstone though.

And it might just be the pre tremor for the real big quake to come.

Also -those Bison running on the road is common -no indication from just that video that they are fleeing. In fact Moose, Bison and other large bovines and deer are known to prefer the asphalt -as the snow drifts create continual issues for them.

haha. this was fun -but the Park Rangers have spoke -they are running the Ranger/Geologist interviews on CNN today about this video

*Those Bison in the video are running INTO the park -not away.

*Bison are migratory creatures and move into and out of the park seasonally.

*Bison run on the roads EVERYDAY during this time of year (mating/rut/feeding etc).
