well if he can take shots and has the desire to compete, i can see that happening, specially if cain becomes injured forever so the hw champion will probably be someone like werdum post cain jds, hunt or someone like that

Hopefully he does better than Nastula. His name leads me to believe he is Dagestani, in which case he will probably do much better.

Good.
Even with no fights, his background and a bit of time training should be enough as long as they don't throw him into the deep end too quickly. Plus, he's young enough to still have a pretty long career and improve other MMA areas suitably before he's too old.
Besides, between all the aging fighters and injuries, the HW division is looking thin.

The HW division is traditionally one of the divisions that bring the most interest in sports and the UFC has done little to recruit new talent into it.
