how come some fighters get win bonuses and others don't?

for example I see a win bonus on Teccia Torres but not Eddie Alvarez?

I think Holloway's Reebok payout is the most I've seen.

And damn at Reem pulling 800k, should make the loss more bearable.

Damn I thought Michelle gets paid more she basically fought for nothing just messed up her rank and potential to earn more money

Hows cortney casey getting 24k?

Isn't all Champions being paid $40k by Reebok?

Some fighters negotiate all of their salary in a flat show rate, but they're usually specially negotiated to be that way. That's usually reserved for main event/ppv types, or big free agent acquisitions that don't want to have to take a chance on winning half their money.

Reem making that bank. Guess he deserves it the most considering he almost died..

As far as I know thats negotiated during contract signing/renewing.

Like how Diaz was reportedly getting like 16k to show before the Conor fight but had gotten a huge bonus up front. Some have half to show/half to win

Also:

Before we go any further, we should note that the Michigan athletic commission doesn’t release fighter pay info, so none of the following salary data for the event is official. However, you can get a fairly accurate picture of a fighter’s pay based on official purse info released from past fights. So, based on that info, here is the estimated pay breakdown for the 26 fighters that traded blows at the event. But please remember – this is only an estimate, not official info.

Training camp costs damn near half of their pay.

Ngannou got stiffed while knocking Overeem stiff.

How does the UFC/Reebok come to terms on Reebok sponsorship money? Its not like the fighters have a choice, they are forced to wear the shit right?

It all depends on the contract. Back in the day they used to be standard for almost everyone.

These days, they seem to only give it to to the younger prospects. The big names are just paid a higher flat rate.
