Twitter account exposes how leftist universities corrupt students (NSFW)

I'm going with my experiences in school, both as an undergrad and later for a law degree. Among most of my colleagues, all of us averaging probably 7 year in american universities, none of us had that experience. Now I went to one rather conservative college as an undergrad, and a largely liberal college for law school. I can only think of one teacher, who was a grad student teaching an entry level english lit course, who was overtly political. I just don't think it's anywhere as prevalent as you think.

A good professor will leave their personal politics at the door. That, and 95% of college courses aren't even going to view politics into the lectures and discussions. Are courses in marine biology, calculus, physics going to be overtly political with even a chance that the professor would surmise your political view without you first volunteering it? Even as an undergrad in political science, the most I saw were professors playing devils advocate in an attempt to get students to flesh out or sharpen their arguments.

I just don't think we live in an IDL'ian world where the marxist boogeyman is always out to subvert us. Rather from what I've gauged, the "college are liberal brainwashing centers" argument is used by people who either didn't get a degree and want to excuse this self-perceived shortcoming; or as an attack by the right to discount differing opinions by throwing out vague accusations of bias.

Lastly, there are plenty of reporting mechanisms in all major colleges. If anyone truly thought they were being singled out an penalized for their private political views, they could certainly attempt redress. That, and there are plenty of professor ratings guides available through social media (they existed way back in '03 when I was an undergrad). So if someone is really worried about biased faculty, look them up before enrolling in that class.
Now this is an excellent post
Also, this whole thread is bizarre. The world is full of crazy looking weirdos. As I mentioned previously in the thread, go into Walmart at 3am and take a good look. I guarantee none of those creatures spent much time getting a "liberal degree".

Maybe for some, but SJWism is more extreme these days than when I was in college. Women are uglifying themselves much more.

Either that or I'm just getting old and entering my crotchety "kids these days" phase.
ur old and fat and unwanted

Romero was right, America needs Jesus more than ever right now. They are a few steps away from self mutilation.

I don't think any of the pics on the first page are American's except the Antifa porn chick.

i would vote the latter
trust me im with you on some stuff
but college is a time of discovering who you are and for experimentation
like i said earlier 90% of them settle down and get married have kids etc

Yes, I'm sure. Others on here who saw my IG can vouch. ;)
Your social prime includes mocking people who just came out of highschool because of their looks though. I don't want to see your IG whats wrong with you?

Breaking news: effeminate, weak nu-males and women are easily manipulated by (((leftist educators))). I'm shocked!

I always wondered why so many smart high GPA students fall into this trap. Then I realized they arn't smart. They're good at regurgitating facts and never questioning their professor. Critical thinking is too difficult for their delicate little minds to handle, best to just repeat what your professor tells you and get an A+. The education system basically funnels kids like these into high academics.

Its not surprising that they are so easy to brain wash and end up becoming mirror images of their leftist professor. If colleges were run by literal nazis, these same kids would be the biggest fascists of all.

Spoken like someone with a low GPA. This is completely false. Rote memory is only a part of what is needed to get high level results in standardised testing. There's an extremely high correlation to IQ, and this isn't debatable.

You're not too bright are you? I'm not referring to doctors or engineers. I'm referring to the types of people pictured in the original post.

I'm not referring to doctor's or engineers either, buddeh. I'm talking about exactly who you were in your post, people with high GPAs and strong academic performance.

You stated they aren't actually intelligent and its just memory and unthinking acceptance. While true to some extent at the top end, it's an absolutely irrefutable fact that top academic performers are significantly smarter on average.
Trying to move the goalposts to something I didn't even mention won't help you.

Then you completely misconstrued my post. High GPA does not tell the entire story. Tell me, who is smarter? A 4.0 women's study major, or a 3.0 mechanical Engineer? Fact is, the people i'm referring to (the ones pictured in the OP), are the rote learners who lack critical thinking.

You think i'm attacking all people with high grades?

I didn't misconstrue anything. Your post lacked clarity. In any case, a 4.0 GPA at any real university is correlated to intelligence.
The IQ for basically all people in university is above average, regardless of course. Top performers within soft courses still range quite high in the bell curve. Yes, things like electrical engineering, actuarial studies, or physics tend to attract more intelligent students, but a top student in gender studies at a real institution is still going to be smart. Studying a minimally useful degree, yes, but still smart.

Feel free to verify this with independent research. There is indeed a correlation between degree and intelligence that leans heavily against soft disciplines like gender studies, but top performers are still intelligent on average.

Not to mention that a lot of these highly publicised events happen on the campuses of top universities like Berkeley or Yale. Obviously they are going to be significantly above the national average.

I am shocked to learn that some kids between the age of 18 and 21 can make major life changes once they are no longer living at home. I am even more shocked that this only happens to kids in college and not ones that skip college.
