bastards canceled Tim Allens show
NBC changes its mind, reverses cancellation of TIMELESS and renews it for a second season.
New Girl renewed. Only 8 episodes, but it's better than none.
I'm pretty bummed about Emerald City.
The execution might not have been all that great, but it was an interesting take on the Wizard of Oz. Some of the elements were fantastic.
I only ever saw the first episode, assumed it wasn't going to be that good.
Was I wrong?
I loved the idea and was really excited, but it was a hot mess.
Right there with you on some of the elements, I was really invested in the princess and tin man.
Keep in mind I didn't see that many episodes.
Oh right, in keeping with the Emerald City theme.... I also call Adria Arjona and Stephanie Martini
I think it just needed better direction, and it would have been a gem. I felt like the director was too in love with the set pieces, and didn't move the pace of the story well. The first half, while interesting, was... boring. Also, casting the Wizard of Hell's Kitchen was a huge misstep.
Lady Ev and Jack were two of the elements I was talking about, actually. Both acted well
Stephanie Martini 's great.
I liked her in both Endeavour and Doctor Thorne.
I watched the first 3 episodes, it was just eh for me and dropped it from my viewing rotation.
Finished this season's Billions. I can never make up my mind whether it's good entertainment or total garbage hiding under a massive budget. It was good to see Eric Borgosian on TV again though. I haven't seen him in years.
The Sunday line up has had a problem with them 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm slots for years. sonce theu cancelled king of the hill and what ever was on at 9:30 pm
I didn't even know some of those abc shows existed only thing I watch on abc is agents of shield , I quit watching modern family 2 seasons ago.
American Dad. Fuckers cancelled Seth's best show.
Amrican Dad isn't cancelled, is it?
It is on TBS now. But I do not have any kind of tv service, and TBS does not seem to release their shows to like Hulu, and it takes forever for new seasons to show up on Netflix.
Despite having a minimum of half of her face covered in every scene, she somehow managed to convincingly convey a greater range of emotion than everyone else in the series. By the end of the show, I was more interested in her and Jack's relationship than I was in the main plot.
Btw, it's good to know her performance wasn't a fluke. I'll check out her other stuff.
Btw, I still can't get over how blasé Arjona's Dorothy was about... LITERALLY TELEPORTING TO ANOTHER WORLD! She processed everything with the same emotions one would have when they get a bill in the mail. That immediately took me out of the story a bit.
I'm the most chill person I know, and I can guarantee that I'd be losing my shit.

Looks really melodramatic and boring imo. When can we move on from Bryan Singers garbage adaptations
