Feel better than I did last year. Last year I was bitching about not having a sex drive when I turned 30 but now shit is getting better. Upon reflection, in the last year I did tons of meditation and took up Karate/kickboxing mix on top of the boxing.

I have by virtue of my mental thoughts not orbiting on instant gratification. This includes not just porn but or anything that is based on over indulging. Food for me was worse, if I dieted I would obsess over my cheat days and my entire mind would just think about the cheat meal or rushing in to eat my favorite meal. Horrible way to live.

Thanks and you are right. Stress is horrible, in one of the worse parts of 20s, some parts of my side went silver/white because of panic attacks and anxiety (as well as few bad incidents that made me an extreme introvert) and once that was solved it stopped going white/silver and some of it went away but there is little bit of it left from few years back.
