TUF 26 winner will fight Joanna, not Shevchenko

Joanna has campaigned for a FLW division over and over and made it abundantly clear she'd like to be FLW champion. The likelihood of her asking for a fight with the TUF 26 winner and getting it are close to 100%. Why would the UFC pick Shev instead? It makes no sense.

1. Joanna is a bigger name than Shev.
2. Joanna is the SW champion (SW champ vs FLW champ > BW contender vs FLW champion).
3. Joanna is a company woman/DFW brown noser.
4. Joanna will have more or less cleaned out her division if she beats Rose.

JJ is getting the first shot. Obviously.

Of course, how the hell Shev will get second title shot as contender 2 x times per year? She is coming from loss. I would say Shev with fight every 3/4 months and wining streak will be able to fight for title like fall 2018 or even early 2019. Look at Holy after Miesha choked her. She got title shot after 1 year, but in new division without girls, and Holly is big name.
