True Widow (Post Rock/Shoegaze/Stoner)

Heard this band recently and thought they were quite good.

I listened to True Widow a lot a couple of years ago, and they're kinda great. Gets a bit monotounous though (goes with the style of playing, obviously) so haven't been listening much lately.

I think I like their debut the best, ultimately, which is a bit more varied/melodic and slightly less stoner. At least that's how I remember it. Couldn't quite get into their newest record, which is why I've not been listening to them for a while.

Soo, that's my take on True Widow.

cool sound, man. Seems like he's chaining a couple amps together. a silverface and a tweed fender I believe? nice. cool find, brew. they kind of remind me of early black angels.
