Friday Workout aka Awesome PR Day:

Squat 4x5 @ 135/165/200/235; 1x3 @ 275; 1x8 @ 200 - 3x275 felt incredibly easy, I might bump it up to 3x285 next week

Bench 4x5 @ 110/135/160/190; 1x3 @ 225; 1x8 @160 - 3x225 also felt quite easy, especially for a 2 rep PR!

Power Snatch - Really just worked on my form for these, did a whole bunch at ~55kg

Close-grip Bench 3x6 @ 175

Hammer Curlz 3x8 @ 40s with enough body swing to make a grown man cry

Now that I'm home and have a car to get to the grocery store, I've been eating an incredibly large amount of food every day. I think it's really paying off! Hopefully I hit 220lb soon!
 
Monday Workout:

I lost my log! Makes me extra glad I started a log on here...

Squat 5x5 @ 135/170/205/240/275

Bench 5x5 @ 110/135/165/195/225x3 - bleh, shoulda stayed at 220

Power Clean - worked on form, strongman at the gym showed me a cool new drill with a tennis ball, did a whole bunch at ~70kg

Hypers 10/12 @ +45 (chest)

Situps 4x8 @ +2.5 (head)
 
He plans on pulling 405 after me, that's when ;)
 
IDK I'm leaving for China next Friday so I figure I have at most 4 workouts left. I kinda wanted to max out on some lifts before I leave, since I figure it will be atleast a week before I find a legitimate gym there.

I might go for a deadlift PR tomorow, do my normal routine on Friday, max squats on Monday, and max bench next Wednesday.

I guess if I still feel tired tomorow from Monday's workout I could max deads Thursday, then squats next Tues and bench next Thurs?

Or maybe I'm just overthinking this :p
 
Wednesday - The Gym is closed. I'm glad the jackasses decided not to tell us. I have to lift in my friends basement, on carpet...

i hope so! i'm assuming the gym in china won't have a barbell (and mayb not even dumbbells) but i feel like I can use the rosstraining stuff to still make some gains over the summer. hopefully when i get back i'll be pulling 405+
 
Wednesday - last workout before China

Snatch Dropunders 5x3 @ 115/115/95/95/95 - I think that's what these are called
Snatch 6x1 @ 95 - trying to work the drop into these, still pretty unstable in the bottom position
 
Wednesday - first workout after a (needed?) 2 week break

I found a gym with a squat rack. No olympic lifting, but whatever. For the next 2 months, all weights will be in kilos.

I decided to start things off right with another attempt at 20 rep squats.

Squats 100x20 - on my 8th rep some guy got behind me ready to spot. He grabbed the bar on the 9th and I frantically shook my head since i didn't know how to tell him to stop in chinese lol. Got all 20 though, and honestly I think I could have done more!

SOHP 3x5 @ 60 - some dbag azn upperbodybuilder was doing partial reps behind me with a snatch grip at about 30kg. after my first set he comes up and grabs my bar. all his buddies cheer him on as he partial push presses the weight 5 times. i cried a little inside.

Pullups 3x5 @ BW - these felt easier, but i think its because i lost like 10lbs :(

Decline situps 10/12 @ BW

Hypers 10/12 @ 0/10

I don't think I'm going to be able to walk tomorow. It's a good day.
 
Friday - bad day

Snatch Drops 3(fail)/3(fail) @ 60 - no bumper plates and I couldn't control it when I failed, so i sticked to just OH squats

OH Squats 4x3 @ 60

Snatch 3x1 @ 60

Bench 3(spotterfail)/3(fail)/3(fail)/3 @ 100/100/90/80 - the spotter bumped me and then refused to release the bar on the first set. Once I explained what I wanted to him, I failed the second set miserably, then 2 make it worse failed the 90 kg :(. I think I'm going to stick with push press / jerks this summer.

DB swing / snatch 2x8 (each side) @ 40/50lb - man these got me some looks

Squat 4x9 @ 102 - I'm not sure I can do 112 next week

Push Press 4x3 @ 67.5/70/72.5/75

Farmer's Walks 2x40x?? - they don't have heavy dumbbells at my gym, so I just grabbed 2 20s in each hand (they have handles) and just walked as far as I could. everyone was looking at me like i was crazy, it was awesome

Finger/wrist curls 3x10 @ 20

I think I am bracing incorrectly. After the last rep my head is throbbing. I should take a deep breath, push out my core, descend, then slowly release air as I ascend, correct?

Eh its pretty cool, I'm currently in the process of memorizing the entire layout of the plant I'm working at hah. It's also nearly impossible to get enough food to eat. How's summer in St. Louis?

So I should be holding my breath throughout the rep?
