The DL looked easy - You should pull 405 soon.
 
I hope so, it'll probably be a while before I try a true max though, since I'm seeing lots of gains with this program still.

Today I did the following deterministically selected exercises:

Squat 4x5 @ 130/160/195/225; 1x3 @ 265; 1x8 @ 195

Bench 4x5 @ 105/130/155/180; 1x3 @ 215; 1x8 @ 155

Power Snatch 7x1 @ 70/70/70/75/75/75/80 (kg) - many, many, many, many failures here. However, in between the tidal wave of failure I hit the 7 lifts above. I'm going to stop increasing the weight on this exercise and focus on technique for a few weeks

Close-grip Bench 7/7/8 @ 170

Hammer Curls 3x8 @ 40s - That's right. I did curls.

80kg Power Snatch - I'm not actually trying to do a power snatch, but from the video I see I need to man up and get under the bar. Also I'm slow as molasses (same problem as with cleans) :(
 
Monday Workout:

Felt like shit today. I had a final at 8am and couldn't get to sleep until about 2, hopefully I'll be nice and rested up for Wednesday.

Squat 5x5 @ 130/160/195/230/265

Bench 5x5 @ 105/130/155/185/215 - the bar drifted a bit during my last set but I managed to lock out the 5 reps

Clean 7x1 @ 90/90/90/95/95/95/100 (kg); 5x1 @ 70 (kg) - working on speed and depth

Hypers 10/12 @ +25 (chest)

Situps 4x10 @ top
