First of all sorry for my english i hope people will understand my sentences haha.
Yesterday had a good traing but took a lot of lowkicks. Now my upper leg muscles are sore. I usually just walk it off and use muscle creme. But i'm wondering if anyone has diffrent advise ? Or diffrent methods ?
