Anyone do their main pressing with a trapbar? Recently got back into lifting, been using the trapbar for pulls of mats. Then afterwards i do floor presses (matpress? ) with the same setup. Ive never liked barbell benching for some reason, but these feel great in comparison. Alot easier to stay tight and it feels alot more in my core aswell. Ive seen people flip it around to a bottoms up kind of position, that would probably give it alot more of an anti rotation element to the movement.
