Two days ago I was sparring and my opponent took me down when we were starting from the knees with a trip and my lower leg got caught and twisted as he drove into me and I felt a sharp pain around my lower leg. I stopped sparring immediately, and the pain subsided after a little bit and I was able to roll the last round just fine. The pain was worse on the drive home but I iced it and took yesterday off. I still have a little stiffness in my calf. It doesn't hurt to walk, but there is a mild amount of pain every once in a while. Should I take some more days off to make sure it's completely healed, or could I jump back into training tonight?

haha i wish that was the only injury i was worrying about training through

i laughed at this post and after friday my calf was hurting lol

karma is a bitch, boys but i trained thru it :p

allow everyone to put you into lockdown and work from there

If it keeps up, turns red, gets warm to the touch, swells, then Id go to the doctor.

Unless you have a good reason to take that extra risk, just let it heal up man dont be a hero
