Becomes a paper belt, champions shouldnt have non title fights, it hurts perception if they lose to non title holders, specially contenders in their own division, having a showcase fight like Silva did fighting at LHW rarely backfires and it could be ok, but Woodley fighting Till or any other WW in a non title fight is dumb.
