You forgot Putin.
This is becoming one of the more annoying narratives in politics. Everybody seems to think Trump is following orders from somebody else, and none of the people they think are actually calling the shots are qualified to do a damn thing.
But the way that he can put an end to that narrative is to establish policies that he truly believes in, communicate those policies, and stick to them with some conviction. When he changes his mind so often, it seems feeble, which makes people assume he's being heavily influenced by people around him.
