This is a question for the volunteers out there on limited budgets (90% of churches in America). Asking as an associate pastor (no-paid position) who has much experience in A/V. If you had the opportunity to have someone come in to your church to come in and train your team or had the opportunity to go to a local training, what would you like for that training to focus on? For all of the pastors and worship leaders on a limited budget with a all volunteer team - What area would you prefer your tech team be trained in? Please state what area in ministry you are in. I am in the process of creating a training program for our volunteer tech team. With my a/v experience I have my thoughts but Proverbs 11:14 says "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety."
