This has to kill any chance of partnership... right?

With conor being a lose cannon and doing What ever he wants. There can be no way they give him parternship stake.

Its just bad buisness... right?

Bellator just made him an offer...

I know something that is definitely bad business and its Conor not fighting.

Good business.

Unless they, of course, want Bellator to co-promote with Conor org.
Even without fighting, Conor appears there and boosts their ratings.

Same guy made it what it is. Some how he is accepted by the masses...

so if the guy made it what it is by calling out trolls on twitter and cussing in press conferences why would they be scared of giving partnership to conor?

Conor will partner with TMT and create his own promotion if the UFC doesn't want to do business.

Dana is lose at the mouth. Conor is out of control lol. There is a major difference.

The only way this is off the table is if Conor's next fight sells less than a million or Conor does something stupid enough to put him in prison

Who would want to partner with a liability like that?

WME or i should say Silver Lake and KKR arn't "giving away" ownership stakes to anyone even conor. maybe if they become employees they can build an Employee Stock Purchase Plan or some RSUs but in no universe would Conor be "given" an equity stake in the UFC. Cash is much cheaper than equity for these giant funds except when they are trying to exit.

and if conor does receive equity it will probably be in lieu of cash payment for a fight and that will count as active income on his taxes. i suppose it would be possible for conor to receive 0.25% of the UFC which would be valued at over $10 million if he is willing to forgo cash bonuses.

Money-wise, Conor is not a liability.
He's only profit.
I'd love having a business partner that acts out to a point of violence. It's great trying to represent what you're building with a guy who just doesn't give a fuck, and would rather throw a wrench in the cog for his own selfish enjoyment. He's not good for partnership. He's good to hold the stage.

TS, did you really think he was going to end up a 10% partner, or have UFC let his company co-promote in Ireland, or some such thing?
