Wednesday 12/30/09

6:45 AM- Multi. 2 Fish oil caps.

Dont have times for evrything I ate or exactly what I ate due to being at my wrestling tournament all day. Here is what I remember: 1 small plate pasta salad. 1 larger plate pasta salad. 2 granola bars. 2 gatorades. Some veggies. All eaten throughout the day.

around 8:00 PM- Ribs, some fried chicken, and broasted potatoes. Glass of Mountain Dew.

Think I deserve a little junk food after going 5-0 today.:icon_chee
 
Thursday 12/31/09

9:30 AM- Multi, 2 fish oil caps.

12:30 PM- Half of a small wolfgang puck frozen pizza. (Thin crust. Sicilian.)Some Snyders pretzel peices (buffalo) Few peices of sushi.( Spicy tuna)

2:45 PM- 2 oatmeal, white chocolate, and cherry cookies.

7:00 PM to rest of the night- Lots of food. Sausage tortilla bite things, cocktail weiners, nacho chips, chili cheese dip, who knows what else.
 
Friday 1/1/10

12:30 PM- Tortilla chips w/ bean dip ( refried beans, lettuce, shredded cheese) Some snyders pretzel bites ( buffalo)

3:00 PM- More chips and bean dip. 3 very small cookies. Glass of vernors

4:30 PM- Large plate of beef/cheese ravioli. glass of vernors.
 
Saturday 1/2/10

10:00 AM- 2 egg, ham, and cheese sandwiches on wheat bread. Glass of OJ. Multi, 2 fish oil caps.

3:00 PM- Small plate beef/cheese ravioli. Pigs in a blanket. Some potato chips

6:30 PM- Drumstick ice cream cone

11:00 PM- More pigs in a blanket.
 
Saturday 1/2/10

10:00 AM- 2 egg, ham, and cheese sandwiches on wheat bread. Glass of OJ. Multi, 2 fish oil caps.

3:00 PM- Small plate beef/cheese ravioli. Pigs in a blanket. Some potato chips

Pigs in a blanket was my favorite food as a kid! My mom was bummed when that switched over to king crab.
 
Sunday 1/3/09

10:30 AM- Biscuits and gravy. Glass of OJ. Multi, 2 fish oil caps.

5:00 PM- some wheat thins

7:00 PM- Steak, mashed potatoes, some steak fries. Thai food w/ white rice.
 
Monday 1/4/10

7:00 AM- multi, 2 fish oil caps.

11:00 AM- Penaut butter jelly sandwhich on wheat. A few mixed nuts.

6:30 PM- Jalapeno bacon cheesebuger from chilis w/ fries. Appetizer was few buffalo wings, southwestern eggrolls, and spinach artichoke dip w/ chips.

9:00 PM- Vault pop.
 
Tuesday 1/5/10

7:00 AM- Multi, 2 fish oil caps.

11:00 AM- PBJ on wheat. 1 apple.

6:00 PM- Pack of small lemon cookies. Few sour cream and onion chips.

7:00 PM- 3 slices of pizza(pepperoni, sausage.) 1 breadstick. Bowl of ceasar salad.

Aunt's birthday today so had pizza w/ some of the family.
 
Wednesday 1/6/10

7:00 AM- Slice of pizza

11:00 AM- PBJ on wheat

8:30 PM- Bottle of gatorade.

9:30 PM- 3 cookies.

10:00 PM- 2 1/2 slices pizza. Ceasar salad
 
Thursday 1/7/10

11:00 AM- PBJ on wheat. some french fries.

5:30 PM- 2 chocolate chip cookies.

6:00 PM- Ground beef w/ 2 slices American cheese and hotsauce in wheat wrap

7:00 PM- Plate of kelbasa w/ barbecue sauce and some pasta.

I try to eat good but I have to eat whatever I can get my hands on right now. We don't have much money so I have to make due with what I have. I am planning on getting healthier foods this week so I will be back on track soon.
 
Friday 1/9/10

11:00 AM- Chicken wrap (grilled chicken, lettuce, shredded cheese.)

5:00 PM- Vitamin water, 1/2 cereal bar.

6:00 PM- 1 1/2 plates china food. (beef & broccoli, general tsoa's, some pork stuff)
 
Monday 1/11/10

6:45 AM- Multi, 2 fish oil caps

11:00 AM- Turkey wrap (turkey, lettuce, tortilla wrap), side salad ( lettuce some carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, ranch dressing) apple juice box, few sips chocolate milk.

6:00 PM- apple

6:30 PM- 2 plates chicken w/ brown rice and cream of chicken soup on top + hotsauce
 
Tuesday 1/12/10

6:30 AM- Multi, 2 fish oil caps.

11:00 AM- chicken wrap( chicken, lettuce, shredded cheese, tortilla wrap) Side salad( lettuce, carrots, tomoato, cucumber, ranch dressing) Box OJ. Few sips chocolate milk.

5:30 PM- Vitamin water

7:00 PM- Footlong sub from subway(Philly cheesesteak. Meat, provolone, lettuce, tomoato, green, jalapeno,& yellow peppers, chipotle sauce on wheat) Tiny bit leftover hash browns & 3 sausage links.

Weighed in 191.7 after practice today!
