I remember the second round being completely uneventful, but everyone called it for Jacare, while in the first Romero almost KOed him.

The second should have been a 10-10. No way Jacare won that fight.

I don't really remember the fence grabbing, but if it happened like you said, I'd like to see more points taken for repeated infractions, or at least the ref forcing the offender to conceded the position and restarting them on the ground.
