Things that are hard to do after Leg Day

I sit most of the day at my job so the moment I do leave my chair it's like 3 seconds of baby deer legs then I'm ok. Gotta also go up a bunch of steps to get to my office.
 
High volume squats suck ass. I don't think the majority of real lifters here have 'leg days' anymore. Very old skool body building Instagram meme mentality.
