I will use this fabulous diet log to keep track of mah eating.
Goals are being less fat, more yoked and the ability to perform well. I'll be running a CBLesque diet that is mostly made up by "paleo" foods. Also, I will be running the Nicotine Declassified-protocol.

1100 coffee, 1mg nicotine
1400 six eggs in butter
1630 500g rib-eye, pound of kale with butter, 1mg nicotine
1830 lifting
2030 two scoops whey, creatine, leucine
2130 cup of rice with four eggs
2330 500g quark with fruity stuff
0030 sleep

3864 kcal, 161 g fat, 254,6 g carbzors, 328,8 g protein

Might be a little low on the fat side, we will see.
