The Walking Dead Season 9 Discussion = Lowest Mid Season Premiere Rating out of all Seasons.

Actually, DVR+3 might be even worse than 2.30. Season 8's DVR+3 were 1.6 to 2.20. The S9 Premiere +3 was 2.60...I have a feeling Episode 2 will be at 2.10/2.00.

lol - I wasn't complaining. I just found it interesting how she some how found this new style of yoga pants like 4-5 years into the apacolypse. As if there are some people out there designing new styles of clothes.

Yoga pants have been around for a while......believe me nothing I love more to look at :) ...... but these new style ones I've really only seen in the last year or so, with that super high waist.

I'm not complaining either. I thought she looked way better too. She got way too skinny (like Maggie did) for a while. Maybe it was for the show to show how scarce food was but now they can all eat enough food to get their curves back.

I still want to know where Jerry and his now wife/gf keep finding enough food to sustain the 5000 calorie a day diet though.

You know what's weird though? I've actually enjoyed this season more than most of last season so far. Sure they do some stupid $hit like go to DC to get a hundred year old wagon and plow, but I like the concept. I like the drama between Rick and his crew.

I'm fine with Rick leaving at this point. I want Maggie to stay. And does anyone else even remember this "Georgie" person that Jesus mentinoed to Maggie? She was that crazy lady who collected vinyl records and road around in a van or something. I be MAggie goes with her for a while.

I thought this was what I was going to do but I haven't even bothered to download episode 1 or 2 now. I'm glad to see the ratings continue to slip now I just want to see how low they will go before AMC does something.

I thought Jadis and Gabe would go into a shed and she was going to give him dome and some Zombies sneak by or something and its because they were fooling around that caused it, but instead he said he was on watch lol

I picked up Shameless half way through Season 5 when I was bored and Showtime was running a Shameless marathon before Season 8 started. Seasons 5, 6 and 7 were pretty good with great moments. Season 8 was okay but Season 9 has been pretty boring so far. I have to say - the show does a good job with teaching the viewer about who each character is even if you pick up the show mid-stride like I did.
 
Even if they salvaged the show I doubt ratings will ever be the same, it has the same sort of taint that The Last Jedi gave Star Wars where fans left and will most likely not come back because they reached a point of no return.

4 more episodes and Im gone. I just want Rick the selfish cvnt die a violent death and I really hope Meg kills hin. What he did to her is beyond selfish
 
I only stayed watching for this long to see Carl die, might as well stick around if Rick's getting offed as well.

LOL that's a good point. This show has dragged on for so long with so much filler over the last 8 seasons, it's hard to realize it has only been THREE years since the start of the Zompoc and where they are now in Season 9.

Enid was in middle school when the outbreak happened so right now shes between the ages of 14 and 17 LOLOL. I would think they could find someone a bit older, more mature and more poised to be a medical assistant lolol.

I took a break from TWD after Season 4 Episode 12 I think (after the Daryl/Beth episode) and didn't pick it back up until Season 5 Episode 3 was out.

At this point, I am only watching it because I only enjoy complaining about it here lol.

I am totally done with FTWD though. I haven't watched the last 4 episodes and I have no plan on doing so.
