There are a few that I think are just jerks or obnoxious. Every once in a while, one of them will piss me off. Most of the time there it's just someone making stuff up and pretending like it's fact. Sometimes, it's a vegan doing mental gymnastics instead of facing their own logical fallacies. Other times, it's a jerk pretending to be a religious prophet, claiming that the end is near, that everyone should turn to them, and that some new technology is the mark of the beast (never mind that people have been saying this stuff for over 1,000 years now). Other times, it's some form of political ideologue that won't listen to reason because they'd much rather call the person a Nazi, racist, Communist, or whatever. At the end of the day, those people are just stupid, and it makes me sad that they can do things like procreate and vote.It's not that kind of beef on my end. The only one that I think is a terrible person is @LTorino. LTorino = MikeHolmes = Mike army quit or whatever. Mentally ill or not, that guy is fucking dirtball. The story there is that he makes the same threads over and over, talking about how his week and half in Army Basic Training was the worst thing that ever happened to him. He then proceeds to whine and play the victim, constantly bringing up what he says are suicide attempts. At this point, he's probably "attempted suicide" about 20 times, so he's just lying about it and/or doing it for attention. Anyways, when I called him on his shit, he freaked out and told me that he planned to shoot my wife and I in a murder/suicide. Needless to say, that doesn't sit well with me. If I ever see him, it's not going to be a good day for him. If you spend enough time in places that aren't as polite as Western society, you end up coming to realization that everyone starts out with the rights to life, liberty, and property. But just because it starts that way doesn't mean that it stays that way. Some forfeit these things by self-selecting themselves out of society. That's just the cold reality of the world, friendo.
He's a con man who specializes in being a professional victim. Sympathy is how he feels better about himself. I continue to hope that he doesn't get any.
