UNPROVEN fighters. They have a tendency to jump the gun and bandwagon even harder than infamous Sherdoggers.

They need to get behind fighters like Khabib who will not let you down GUARANTEED.

When you're desperate for a star you hop on the first marketable fighter you see.

They hopped on Conor before he was proven and look how well that worked out for them.

    Brock as well.

They make alot of money when they are right.

Dana White has consistently proven, especially recently with his Looking for a fight and Contender series, that he doesn't know what makes a good MMA prospect. He sees big finish, he likes big finish, but anybody can get a big finish in regional MMA against regional opponents. It's shown still with the love people have for Uriah Hall, he was promoted so heavily for his performance on TUF and has been borderline inept in the UFC since but nobody cares. The marketing machine was behind him and imprinted the vision of "killer" onto him.

They always jump the gun, Yair was fed to Edgar, Erick Silva was fed to Fitch, Ngannou was put in against the top too fast. It's a problem.

Seems more often than not nowadays they throw marketable fighters in in hopes of cashing in and making bank instead of letting them develop and come into their skills.

Sage, PVZ, Mike Perry and Ngannou are all really marketable fighters UFC hoped to cash in on by putting them in fights they had no business being in.

Seems like this is the norm in the WME era, old management knew how to build fighters and who to get behind based on skill.

More often than not you wouldn't see many fighters marketed by the company in the ZUFFA era until they proved they were worth getting behind usually.

Ngannou starched the perennial #1 contender in under a minute so I don't think his TS was rushed.

    Y'all complain too much.
