The easiest grip break I never got taught as a beginner
Dirty grip fighter will feel that thumb extend and jamb it back with their forarm....
But for WB's....
That's why sleeve grip breaks suggest ripping away with hip and torso twist back and down.
yeap. that is the best grip break. i first learned it from this xande video like 8 years into my bjj career:
Mad isn't it! I guess in bjj the bread and butter grip is pocket grip, and most instructors will teach circle and pull so this break kind of sneaks by a lot of people
love this grip break and regripping opponents sleeve with my free hand and punching forward if that doesnt work
Used this today , worked like a fooking charm, thanks TS
