A fighter's lack of drawing power is the responsibility of the promoter. If a fighter is talented, but can't get drawing power, that is the promotions fault.

But what do people mean by being a "draw"? We don't even know what that means. It is almost like saying if you don't have an IQ of 160, then you are not intelligent.

We first need to determine what is the average "draw" before arguing about who is and who isn't.

I think Cyborg is a pretty big draw provided that she can find someone to fight her, even when she was fighting nobodies in invictus people still cared. At the end of the day this is MMA there are too many just bleed fans out there and Cyborg brings plenty.

Nunes vs Shevchenko is headlining UFC 213 so women do headline PPV's the only reason Cyborg has not headlined a PPV is because she is a liability (Weight issues, USADA, opponents dropping out, etc) not because she isn't a draw.

The event she headlined in Brasilia drew 1.1M viewers and she is not particularly attractive so as you can see your blanket statement is full of holes.
