I tried a version of this sandwich today, and it was actually pretty good! I didn't use kale because I didn't have any handy so I used spinach instead. I'm going to try the real thing next time I go to the grocery store.

I may be biased though I am addicted to any kind of nut butter, so that may have swayed me.

I like this sandwich, too. Any kind of dehydrated kale is really expensive. It is best to buy the kale and use a dehydrator.

I love Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. I love the philosophy, I love the way they teach and I enjoy listening to Rener and Ryron on YouTube.

With that said, the Renergy sandwich looks disgusting. It might be healthy, but I don't think I will ever go out of my way to make one.
